Guests can enjoy the garage for 2 cars with a Tesla/EV charger. Pets are allowed for an additional $150 fee, and if you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75 per night fee. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. The pool and hot tub are currently closed and will be guest-ready starting on specific dates during the summer season of 2025. The pool will open on May 12th, while the hot tub will be available earlier, opening on April 25th. Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
