One bathroom has a glass shower, in addition to a tub. Second bathroom has a tub. The apartment opens to both sides of the building and is very airy, sunny and bright. The apartment is in excellent shape with high end appliances, including Miele dishwasher, and was used as the personal home by the owner for over a decade. The kitchen has marble floors and grantite countertops. The main bathroom has marble floors and walls. Pets are allowed after Board interview (pet fee is extra).
