Will be available February 1, 2025 and will have new laminate flooring on first floor and fresh paint throughout. Refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher all included and recently replaced. Renters will have sole access to the two car garage, full basement, in-ground pool, fenced in side yard of the back deck and six plus car driveway. Owner does have a separate fenced in storage yard which is not included. House will be pressure washed next summer. 12 month lease upon application approval. Tenant pays all utilities including water and sewer. Tenant does own lawn care and snow removal for the property they have sole access. No smoking in the home and pets are limited to a total of three. (1cat+2dogs or 3 cats) Application non refundable application fee paid directly at time of application. If your application is approved you will be accepted to pay first month rent and security deposit prior to moving in. Anyone denied by the application agency will not be refunded, they get the fee and do not explain the reason for a non-recommend. We make no exception from their recommendation and any grievances should be addressed directly with them.
