Summerhill Townhouses feature a fully equipped kitchen containing a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The living room space is open with a rustic fireplace for added ambiance. Common areas and the patio are downstairs, while the private bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The townhouse floorplan makes it easy to keep guests on the ground floor where there is also a half-bathroom. Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer; a private laundromat on the property is also available! We are a pet-friendly property – ask our office for details on our pet policy. Rent includes water/sewer (capped at $300/quarter), internet, and cable. Our experienced maintenance team, led by Ron, is responsive to requests – he will tend to it within a day! They take care of snow removal, as well as other needs on the grounds.
