There are 2 entry points (front door from porch & back door from driveway), and both are equipped with electronic locks for your keyless convenience. A coin-operated washer & dryer are available for your use in the basement. Rent includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, & snow removal. Tenant pays electric, internet, etc. $1,295 security deposit & $1,295 first month’s rent are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid by the applicant directly to the background check/credit check company.
