The apartment is designed with relaxation and convenience in mind, featuring luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, making it ideal for both cooking and socializing. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service. The apartment is remote work-friendly, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
