Steps to the Seaport and riverside promenade, this apartment is a 4-minute walk to Broad St. Station with the J and Z trains, a 3-minute walk to Wall and William St. and the 2 and 3 trains, a 4-minute walk to the NY Ferry Terminal, a 6-minute walk to Bowling Green Station and the 4 and 5 trains, and a 7-minute walk to Battery Park, Whitehall Terminal, and the Staten Island Ferry. The elevators are being renovated at this time, which will result in delays. The estimated completion date is March 2025. Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on your computer model and the router location. There is no parking at this property, but off-site parking is available nearby.
