Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are not allowed at this property. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to the service.
