Note there are two levels of stairs to reach the apartment's entry floor. Feel at home with the professionally designed furnishings and access to premium amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Pets are allowed for an additional $300 fee. Family-friendly amenities such as Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Located in the hip area of Tribeca, known for its old industrial buildings now turned into residential loft spaces, cobblestone streets lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants, and historic commercial buildings like the red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice from 1884. Weekends are quiet, though Washington Market Park and Hudson River Park draw families. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place here every spring. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a preference for a furnished lease. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
