Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. A full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days for reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
