An in-unit washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed for an additional $300 fee. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home, and will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. A full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days for stays of 60 nights or longer, with fees invoiced prior to the service. You will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions, and our concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations.
