This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment boasts plank hardwood flooring, exposed brick, and a brand new custom kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher. Note there are four levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking with a Nespresso coffee maker, and offers luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for relaxation. An in-unit washer/dryer is available, but you can only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly. Otherwise it will shut off, and you cannot use the sheet of fabric softener. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee and must be registered with the building. Family-friendly amenities such as Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Lenox Hill is an affluent Upper East Side area with designer stores along Madison Avenue as well as elegant apartment buildings and townhouses. Cultural sites include The Frick Collection, showing European paintings and decorative art in an early-1900s mansion, and the massive Park Avenue Armory, which hosts avant-garde exhibitions and performances. Second Avenue has casual spots for Mexican, Asian, and Italian food. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
