Relax with the smart TV with Roku, including Netflix and Hulu. In-unit washer/dryer is available, but you can only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly. Otherwise, it will shut off, and you cannot use the sheet of fabric softener. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee and must be registered with the building. Family-friendly amenities include Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair available upon request for an additional fee. Second Avenue has casual spots for Mexican, Asian, and Italian food. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. This property is all yours with either a personal greeting or self check-in instructions provided. Our concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to the service. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
