Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. The property is all yours with either a personal greeting or self check-in instructions provided. A monthly housekeeping policy requires a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days for reservations of 60 nights or longer, with fees invoiced prior to the service.
