A queen bed can be added in the living room alcove if you need an additional sleep arrangement, and this can be arranged at no extra cost. The building gym is exclusive for residents only, and guests will not have access. Family-friendly amenities such as Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Chelsea is a composite of townhouses, low-rise apartment buildings, luxury high-rises, and trendy attractions like the High Line, the elevated park built atop former railroad tracks. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
