Half Semester Rental starting January 1st, 2023 and Summer Rental is also available, ask for rates. This is a non-smoking house, no pets allowed and basic furniture provided for all the rooms. Lease agreement includes all utilities, garbage removal, lawn care, snow removal and maintenance repairs. First semester rent is due up front after move in and second semester is due in January after tenants return from Winter Break.
