Property Id: 1005615 1st BDRM has a queen bed. 2nd BDRM has 3 twin beds. (1 single bed & 2 are bunk beds). Living room is extremely spacious with one sofa and one futon that turns into a bed and a 50"tv. Round table with 4 chairs. Our Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs! Linen and towels provided. Home has an outside enclosed area where you can hang out, have a picnic or play games. Enclosed porch is equipped with clothes washer and drier. Private access to the beach just a walk away. Very nice and helpful neighbors. Parking in cement driveway and street. Public transportation nearby.Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Renter is responsible for snow removal. No smoking allowed. No parties allowed (small gatherings are allowed but are subject to owner's approval) Small pets allowed- pet fee is $125 per pet/per stay. Pets not allowed on furniture. Cleaning fee of $275 will be applied to first month's rent. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am.
