East Avenue Neighborhood

A stately upscale neighborhood, East Avenue is located in Monroe County in New York state. This Rochester community is in ZIP code 14607. East Avenue consists of many large historical manor houses and estates, some of which are divided into town homes, apartments, or condominiums. The median age of residents in the East Avenue neighborhood is 31 years. East Main Street borders the community to the west and north. Culver Road is the neighborhood boundary to the east and Interstate 490, to the south.
