We offer a 1 year lease option on our unfurnished apartments and a shorter lease option for our furnished apartments. Rental rates include water/sewage/trash/DIRECTV/fiber optic basic internet/snow removal/landscaping/ seasonal pool and fitness center. Most apartments have washer/dryers and patios. A modern Laundromat is also available. Most pets are accepted. A $300.00 additional security deposit per adult pet, $500.00 additional security deposit per puppy or kitten (under the age of 1) and a $25.00 a month pet fee per pet are applicable.
