Situated on the ocean, a bay, or inlet, this area provides amenities and recreational activities on the waterfront that are attractive to residents and visitors alike. Noyack is a very nautical neighborhood, meaning that it is somewhat historic, walkable, densely populated, and on the water. Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control maintain periodic service schedules that may take place during your stay. The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional. This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
