Consisting of 74 units, there are 40 available 1 bedroom units and 19 available 2 bedroom units. Tenants pay their own utilities - heat, hot water, electric, and gas. Amenities include individually controlled heating and A/C, sewer, trash removal, LEED certified, nearby parks, shopping banks, and restaurants. There is public transportation close-by, as well as, Trailways and Greyhound Bus systems. and on-site management/maintenance staff. Small pet policy - 1 cat/dog under 25lbs. 1 bedroom is 739 sq ft 2 bedroom is 897 sq ft All units are adaptable to be wheelchair accessible. 7 units are adapted for mobility impairment. 3 units are adapted for hearing/vision impairment.
