Large backyard with propane firepit, dining deck, propane grill, and shed for bikes. Washer/dryer in house. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. Well behaved pets considered. Yard is not fenced, no barking animals. The kitchen stove is smaller than average. PETS: This is an ideal spot for dogs! Large back yard, community jogging trail at Pitney Meadows across the street, and SPA Park is 3 blocks away. PET POLICY: - Lawn must be well maintained, pet waste picked up right away. - There is a $200 fee per pet. - There is an additional $500 security deposit for pets, refunded assuming no damage to house, furnishings, lawn or property.
