The triangular shaped neighborhood of Parkview, Tonawanda, is located just off Ellicott Creek Road. Since this a major thoroughfare, residents have easy access to all parts of the city via this route. Highway 62, also known as Niagara Falls Boulevard forms another boundary of the neighborhood, making this location a prime area in which to live.

Just a short distance down Ellicott Creek Road, Brighton Park offers another type of recreation for the residents of Parkview. This is the location of the Brighton Park Golf Course, with over 6500 yards with the longest tees being par 72. In addition, there is a swimming pool at this park, as well as a golf driving range and baseball batting cages – perfect for those who like to exercise by engaging in sports. Residents who are not into sports can still enjoy the peace and quiet of the park by strolling through the grounds and relaxing in the summer sun with a picnic.

Shopping is conveniently close by as well, with Burlington Plaza being a short distance down Niagara Falls Boulevard. Dunkin’ Donuts is located right on this street and within the boundaries of the neighborhood.
