21 Unaka Ave Apartments

Hello There, This basement apartment was built on a wing and a prayer, literally my faith was tossed to the 4 Winds and my prayers manifested on studs and footings; covering the foundation with good news. This little apartment has blessed me and all who have lived here. The last person stayed 7 years and we are now like Family. It is located in a very safe neighborhood. It is also very convenient to shopping, downtown, the hospital, the mall and many restaurants. You will have your own spot in the driveway to park your car. Any guests needing parking will park off street on grass that has 3 inches of gravel under it. It is best they park there off the street and they won't sink because of the gravel. The size of the bedroom is small; the bed is 48" wide x 75" long wide, also known as a 3/4 bed. All utilities are included in the rent including WiFi ~ no Cable though. The unit is furnished and includes linens, towels and washcloths, cooking/eating utensils, pots and pans and bakeware, 2 TVs, and waste/trash bins. Please check out the pictures I have uploaded to see for yourself the kind of furniture that is in the apartment. There is a backyard with grass that has lounging chairs and a hammock for your relaxing enjoyment. I checked the box that we have cable but we don't; Instead, Wi-Fi is provided and on the two TVs you have Roku devices. A complete list of items provided by me will be signed by both parties at lease signing. I would consider a small, NON-SHEDDING do. Let's see if you are interested in meeting me.
