Literally one of the nicest properties in all of Asheville. This is a massive house with a huge backyard, sprawling 2 car garage with storage racks, an extended driveway to allow for even more parking and connivence of ingress and egress of the property. House runs on gas and electric. Range is gas. The water heater is tankless for endless and almost instant hot water. Each room has its own bathroom and tub/ shower along with a walk-in closet of a variety of sizes. The floors have been replaced since the last tenant lived there. There is a beautiful and working hot tub. It has speakers and is legit a very nice hot tub that easily sits 4-6 and has like 150 massage jets and lights/ water features. The location I find to be perfect, very close to the airport, close to downtown Asheville, right off Hendersonville rd, next to the highway and hiking. I lived here personally for a few years before renting this property and it is flat out better than other stuff around. I own multiple properties around the area and am familiar with the market, This house is truly beautiful. Side note , this is a beautiful million dollar house, I will not entertain any weird deals , low credit applicants, applicants without a solid income with tax returns , etc. I am seeking a professional who appreciates nice things. Rent includes landscaping services.
