Biltmore Park Neighborhood

Biltmore Park is an Asheville, North Carolina neighborhood that sits in the area east of Interstate 26, north of Long Shoals Road, and west of Overlook Road.

Biltmore Park is one of the premier areas for living in the Asheville area. This planned community resides on what was once George Vanderbilt family’s dairy land. His grandson, Jack Cecil, had the vision for its development. It was based on his memories of the communities where one could live, work, shop, and play all within one’s own neighborhood.

Biltmore Park is a modern-day version of Cecil’s vision. The 750-acre community offers a variety of housing options, including apartments, condos, and luxury homes. Hiking trails, green areas, and a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains offer relaxing vibes. The neighborhood also includes the Biltmore Park Swim Club.

Next to Biltmore Park lies Biltmore Park Town Square. These 42 acres are designed for residents to walk around and enjoy the innumerable shops, health clubs, restaurants, and other businesses. Reduced dependence upon automobiles is one of this community’s strengths.

Visitors to Biltmore Park can stay at the Asheville Hilton on the town square. This hotel’s environmental friendliness won it a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification.

For children of Biltmore Park, schools are also nearby. Within about a half mile, located on Overlook Road, William W. Estes Elementary School, Valley Springs Middle School, and T.C. Robertson High School serve the educational needs of the community.
