Franklin Street draws tourists and locals alike with great shopping, dining, and “Tarheel” apparel. Other attractions include Morehead Planetarium, Kenan Stadium, Cats Cradle, and more.
In nearby Durham, catch a Durham Bulls game — this AAA Baseball team is a local favorite. The Carolina Hurricanes, an NHJ team, plays in nearby Raleigh. Enjoy the great economy, buzzing downtown, and endless entertainment in Chapel Hill.
