The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund.
