The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and more, while the adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flatscreen television, and a comfy chair. The bathroom is equipped with Nest bath products for your convenience. A workstation is available for rent during your stay for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. We are a dog-friendly home, with a registration cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and additional fees may apply for violations. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. The property has a very strict non-smoking policy, with a $300 penalty for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities, with violations resulting in the forfeiture of the entire reservation and possible additional fees. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and ID verification and background screening are required upon booking. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Includes a large desk, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and a workstation available for rent with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for $10 per day. A laptop computer is not included.
