Freshly painted and ready to move in! The townhouse is an end unit so you get extra light and only share a wall with one neighbor. The full downstairs as well as the staircase and hallway upstairs is hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathroom with a half bath downstairs for convenience. Great location. Easy to walk to everything in uptown like work, restaurants and it is even walking distance to both Hornets and Panthers games (although the Panthers is a little over a mile, but not a bad walk at all). A small park is right in front of the townhouse and just a couple blocks from the First Ward Park. The CATS Light Rail is just a couple blocks away as well making it even easier to access all uptown and South End offers but is still in a quaint neighborhood. Open to 6 month lease but would prefer someone to sign for full year. HOA pays for water and landscaping/other outdoor care of unit. Owner will pay for HOA fees and security system (ADT). Renter will be pay for electric and natural gas. Parking is 1 assigned space behind the unit and also on street parking (get $30 permit from city). Smoking is not permitted. Pets are OK, but will require an additional $50 per month and a pet deposit of $300. Carpets will need to be professionally cleaned at move out to remove pet dander in preparation for next tenant. If the renter does this and no additional cleaning or repairs are required then the pet deposit and pet rent is refundable with security deposit. Hanging things on the wall is permitted BUT DISCOURAGED if using nails/screws/brackets as any damage done is the responsibility of the renter. Paint matching is difficult so holes in the wall will not be easily covered and painted. Command strips have nail replacement options for photos or artwork.
