Sharon Woods Neighborhood

A suburb in what some call “Charlotte’s second uptown,” Sharon Woods is a peaceful enclave in SouthPark, a growing area known for its premier shopping and corporate life. For residents looking for sizable lots, large houses, and a reasonable commute, Sharon Woods offers a great location and enviable homes.

Most of the homes in Sharon Woods were built in the 1970s, and most lot sizes are around half an acre. The houses are primarily two story and ranch style, and many have been renovated. The neighborhood is filled with towering trees, providing a nice contrast to bustling SouthPark, which is just minutes away. Sharon Woods’ location is appealing to many residents, as it is within walking distance of Southpark Mall, Charlotte’s best-known shopping destination.
