Our home is located just north of the Brier creek area ~15 mins from downtown Durham. You will have the entire, newly renovated, and fully furnished basement apartment (100% separate from the upstairs home). You will have your own entrance in the back of the house as it is a walkout basement. There is a large patio that is covered by our deck and looks out into our spacious backyard where you can peacefully watch birds and squirrels play. Additionally, there is a separate parking area for you to use if you prefer not to park in the main driveway. You will have everything you need to feel at home including a full kitchen, laundry room, bedding, and bathroom supplies. The rooms are very spacious, and both have closet space and dressers!
