This opportunity is for students and young professionals, age 21 to 40. By moving into Friendship House Fayetteville, you can help make a difference. In this community, three individual student residents or young professionals share and live on a floor with one independent young adult with Disabilities. These are non-smoking units. There are two floors per house. Each floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, den, kitchen with stainless steel/granite appliances and a laundry room. Common living areas are furnished and include a large screen television. Residents must provide their own bedroom furnishings. The rent includes all utilities, internet (Fiber) and WiFi. Campus includes a working garden, a pavilion with fireplace, BBQ, and brick pizza oven.
