Hamilton Lakes Neighborhood

Family-friendly and secluded, Hamilton Lakes is a charming suburb of Greensboro, North Carolina. It is located about four miles west of downtown and five miles east of the Piedmont Triad International Airport. This convenient location is also great for students — it is halfway between Guilford College and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with about two miles to each.

Hamilton Lakes features two lakes: Lake Hamilton and Lake Euphemia. The lakes are secluded natural areas with walking trails. Wildlife is plentiful and includes birds, ducks, fish, and turtles. Hamilton Lakes features a Swim/Tennis Club with three pools, several tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The Starmount Forest Country Club lies on the southeast side of the neighborhood. This private golf club was built in the 1930s and features tennis courts, a pool, and a clubhouse in addition to its popular golf course.
