Kings Mill Neighborhood

The Kings Mill neighborhood in Greensboro, North Carolina is located southeast of High Point Road. I-73 is the southern border and Groometown Road the east. Kings Mills is a planned subdivision that has a community pool and tennis courts. The zip code for Kings Mill is 27407 and it is located southwest of downtown Greensboro.

The majority of homes here were built in the 1990s. The neighborhood is a combination of one and two story houses. The yards are heavily wooded and there are plenty of mature trees and sidewalks. The home styles are traditional and there are 3 and 4 bedrooms available. Prices range from $150,000 t0 $200,000.

Oka T. Hester Park is located close to the Kings Mill neighborhood. This beautiful park has a stocked fishing lake with piers, 11 tennis courts, athletic fields, volleyball courts and extensive walking trails. It is also home to the Trotter Recreation Center. Fishing clinics are offered at the park and during June there is a car show.

Grocery stores are close by. Food Lion is a short drive away on Groometown Road and a Harris Teeter on High Point Road.

The Four Season Town Center offers the opportunity to shop and dine for a total entertainment experience only a few minutes from Kings Mill. Dining choices include Outback Steakhouse, Baskin Robbins, Bonefish Grill, Sonic, Ruby Tuesday and Starbucks Coffee.
