Certain kinds of debt shows past behavior that makes you a potentially riskier tenants, which may result in financial loss to the property owners if you need to be evicted for non-payment of rent or rule violation.Criminal Background isn't important if you have turned away from the people and behaviors of your past. You must have a transformative story and at least several years from last occurance.Evictions are important and you will only be accepted with an eviction if it is 7 years old or if you put up additional security or pre-paid rent to prevent loss to the owners if there is an eviction, which takes 2-3 months.Evictions can also be remedied with co-signers or agencies co-signing for you. A manager of the agency should take financial responsibility by signing to agree to pay rent on behalf of the agency and you if you don't pay rent.Applicants are selected on a "first come, first COMPLETE" basis.
