ALL APPLICANTS: --ALL LEASES are 12 months and require the tenant to purchase and maintain RENTER'S & LIABILITY INSURANCE. --CREDIT & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED for all applicants. --NO PRIOR EVICTIONS. --Minimum 600 Credit Score. --Proof of Income Required: Current 3 months.
