It's just a short stroll to our private cove on Lake James. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 1 twin-sized bed located in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all necessary utensils, plates, and cups. Additionally, the cottage has a washer and dryer combo for your convenience. We require the first month's rent to be paid as a security deposit. A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit required for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Cleaning Fee: $150 deducted from security deposit when you leave. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles. Any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee. In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, our cottage is equipped with 50-inch Roku TVs that offer Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Any prospective monthly and seasonal residents are required to undergo a background check and obtain approval from Barefoot Landing Management.
