Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats Allowed

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $375 pet fee (non-refundable) for the first pet, and $150 for the second. Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Breed restrictions: Pit bulls, Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, and Wolf-hybrids prohibited.

Two pets are permitted per townhome. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. There is a one-time non-refundable fee in addition to monthly pet rent per pet. Please contact Leasing Office for additional information.
