Our family made many wonderful memories here over the past six years, and even though we've moved to another house in the neighborhood to accommodate our growing family, we still call this community home. That means we're here to provide fast, direct responses whenever you need us (for rent by owner, no middlemen involved). We’ve taken great care of the property and have thoroughly cleaned the townhouse after moving out, so it's in excellent shape and ready for its next chapter with you. The home offers plenty of parking too—with one car in the garage, two cars on the driveway, and a dedicated parking lane right in front of the house. This neighborhood is very walkable. You can easily enjoy a stroll along the Neuse River greenway, visit the small city park, or check out the dog park. You’re also just a short walk away from children’s playgrounds, the community gym, and the community pool. Plus, behind the townhouse, there’s a large lawn and the community garden that was a favorite play area for our children. The location is really convenient too. It’s close to 504 and 401 (far enough to keep noise to a minimum), grocery stores, various local businesses, schools (River Bend Elementary, River Bend Middle School, Wake Tech, etc.).
