Dogs and Cats Allowed

Up to 2 pets will be accepted with a combined weight of 80 lbs., and must comply with breed restriction policy. The following breeds are restricted from the Premises: Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Beagle, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Presca Canario and any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed.

We welcome 2 pets per apartment. One-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. $20 pet rent per month per pet. Combined 80 lbs weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
