College Park encompasses ZIP codes 27601 and 27610. The neighborhood is bordered by Oakwood Avenue on the north, Heck Street on the west, New Bern Avenue on the south and Raleigh Boulevard on the east. St. Augustine’s College is to the north of College Park.

State University, Peace College and Shaw University, all of which offer community activities and programs, are within a 10-minute drive.
