This cozy 2b/1b Ranch home will be available the first week of April. As it is Currently Occupied, we will require a 48-hour notice prior to viewing the home, no night or weekend appointments. Viewing times are Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm. The home offers an open floor plan with stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring throughout & Washer/Dryer Hookups. Paved driveway leads to a storage barn which is perfect for storing lawn equipment. Centrally located close to schools, shopping centers and freeway access. Renters must sign a one-year lease. Renters are responsible for all utilities and maintaining the lawn and landscaping in a timely manner. No Smoking Allowed inside of home. One Small Pet is conditional; breed restriction will apply and a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is required. Must complete application online at attach photo ID and 3 most recent pay stubs for each applicant. Credit and background checks will be done for each applicant over the age of 18.
