Please adhere to parking rules. The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island.Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores,gas stations, etc located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants,coffee shops and boutiques. There are also several parks in the area for families to have fun at. Other Things to Note RATE INCLUDES: Rent,Enhanced Departure Cleaning, and Linens. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pet friendly.IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET - an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected, please notify Sea Coast Rentals Holy Crab is available for monthly reservations in the off season (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island. Check Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
