The washer and dryer are located on the main level as well, while the two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and both come equipped with a large wood framed window to let in plenty of natural light. Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water, private septic, and lawncare are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, propane Rinnai, and gas logs, no AC.
