Heritage Neighborhood

Heritage is one of Wake Forest’s premier golf communities on approximately 3,000 acres of land that is located close to historic downtown. It is a new home community with custom built homes and beautifully landscaped and manicured yards in the 27587 zip code area.

Within the community of Heritage, the Heritage Golf Course, a beautifully wooded 18-hole course, intertwines itself throughout the community bringing great delight to golfers. There are estate homes, patio homes, rows of beautifully designed townhouses and single family homes.

The amenities that Heritage offers its residents are phenomenal. There are greenway parks with miles of trails for jogging, walking or biking, a soccer field, a pond with a boardwalk and a shelter that protrudes out into the water where one can fish, reflect or feed the ducks. There are also several safe, enclosed playgrounds for the neighborhood children, a large pool with a winding, twisting 103 foot water slide, and an amphitheater. There is no end to family fun without even leaving the Heritage community.

Every convenience imaginable is right at the doorstep of Heritage residents. Within Heritage, there is a school for every age group up through high school, and if parents prefer, there are other public schools and private schools available nearby.

There is an in-community restaurant that overlooks the golf course and lake, offering diners a beautiful view. Shopping, health care, small businesses, services, specialty shops that offer bagels, gifts, coffee and other items, banking, pre-school and daycare services, and beauty salons are just a skip and a hop away from Heritage.
