River City Studio Homes is a newly renovated apartment complex with affordable Studio Homes. Perfect for first time renters, residents downsizing and trying to simplifying their life and budget, college undergraduates, graduate students and traveling nurses. Our community offers 2 laundry facilities, fitness center, dog park, greenspace, and a salt water year-around pool. Parking is free and some furnishings are provided. Most residents need to bring a chair, mattress, small wardrobe, and kitchen supplies and can settle in quickly. Utilities are covered with a flat utility monthly utility fee. Pets are welcome with some restricted breeds and pet screening. 6 and 12 month leases available. We have a simple and quick application process and can sometimes move in residents the next day depending on receipt of the outside verifications required.
