University of Cincinnati - Cincinnati, OH
Founded in 1788 and populated by Revolutionary War veterans, Cincinnati grew steadily into a major metropolitan city. Today, this beautiful Ohio city is home to major sports teams Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals, the Ohio Valley Jazz Festival, the Cincinnati Zoo, theaters, museums, and impressive historic districts such as Over-the-Rhine, the largest historic district in the country. All of this beauty and history is exemplified by the University of Cincinnati, the most beautiful college campus in the world.
Established in 1819, the University of Cincinnati is a Tier One university and one of the largest universities in the country. It is one of only 286 green colleges, it is a major public research university, and UC has been responsible for several major discoveries, including the oral polio vaccine and the first antihistamine. Many of its colleges rank in the top ten. It has the best interior design program in the country, and the College Conservatory of Music ranks sixth in the nation.
UC is also a major sports force with baseball, basketball, and football. The Bearcats football team is part of the Big East Conference and the NCAA Division I. Their home is the Nippert Stadium, one of the oldest stadiums in college football.

About Our Deals
Apartment Finder utilizes the industry's largest and most complete database of real-time rents and availabilities to help you find an amazing deal on your next rental.
Price Drop
Apartment communities change their rental rates often - sometimes multiple times a day. We track the changes and keep you up to date when a rental rate decreases.
Best Value
"Best value" units are located in buildings rated three stars or higher. We label apartment rentals that are priced significantly less than similar high-quality units nearby.
Rent Specials
Apartment communities regularly advertise deals for new residents. Whether it's a move-in special or a free tv, we locate the rentals that offer a little something extra when you sign your lease.
Note: Based on community-supplied data and independent market research. Subject to change without notice.
