Shannon Green Neighborhood

The neighborhood of Shannon Green is located to the southeast of downtown Columbus, Ohio. It is bisected by Shannon Road, the area to the south of which is still under construction. The residences consist of one and two-story family homes and condos. The home lots in Shannon Green are narrow and the homes are built close together and fairly close to the street. To the north of Shannon Road the garages are built behind the homes with access to these garages being from a separate street than that of the home itself. Most of these garages are not attached to the homes. To the south of Shannon Road, the garages can be accessed from the front and are attached to the home. Some homes have lake views.

Current listings range from $70K to $180K for homes and $70K to $134K for condos. Schools near Shannon Green are part of the Canal Winchester School District. Some of the schools are private.
