There is a shared parking lot for a max of 2 cars per unit. Well water and septic is maintained by the landlord as well as the gas (hot water heat),base electric (you pay extra in summer if you bring an a/c unit) also mowing and lot plowing. Tenant is responsible to shovel walk from lot into unit and pay any big trash items to be disposed of. No laundry on site. Phone,cable/tv,and internet are expenses of the tenant,if desired. No smoking or vaping in or near the building. No pets. May consider voucher program.
