This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the stay length and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
